Background

Delivery.com is a marketplace for on demand delivery. Unique to it’s competitors’ in that you can order food, alcohol, groceries and even laundry from one website.

Background

Process

A massive system that was built over time had developed inconsistencies that would bubble up to its user interface in both technical implementation and design looks & feel. We began to lay the ground work for a strong product process.

Process

Results

The result of following a process driven product development process lead to the creation of a design style guide, consistent on all platforms, API’s that were consistent and thoughtfully architected. The combination of these two things made a user interface and experience that was comfortable to the user, while performing excellently.

FIJI Water as a Product

Background

FIJI Water is a globally recognized brand, known for it’s delicious water “untouched by man”. It had found success in physical stores but wanted to improve it’s digital shopping experience.

Background

Process

Recently updating their main website, FIJI felt that their current website shopping experience was not up to par with the main site and other ecommerce stores. We started to look at water like never before, as a digital product for consuming – repeatedly.

Process

Results

Our investigations on similar products lead us to the discovery of “Web 2.0” products, like Harry’s, Casper and DollarShaveClub. We noticed that by grouping the items into a set, for example 24, and creating a subscription model, it would be easier for users to purchase and better for FIJI sales.

Inventing RFA's Product Strategy

Background

RFA is a managed service provider of IT for financial companies, and its been doing everything manually for over 25 years. It’s grown it’s excellence by maintaining a high level of quality and came to us to help improve it even further.

Background

Process

Today it looks to continue to improve the services offered by automating manual processes into applications that map to it’s business processes. We reviewed multiple process that had highly repetitive tasks and pinpointed which were the most cost effective to automate.

Process

Results

We’ve created two applications; one is internal, the other is consumer facing. In doing so, we’ve laid down the framework to create consistent user experiences, while providing easy interfaces to ensure higher success rate. We have already decreased cost and increased reliability.
